Banana Pancakes for a Slow, Cozy Morning

 


Not rushing. Not overthinking. Just something warm to ease into the day.
 These banana pancakes are soft, simple, and take maybe 10 minutes.



You’ll need:


🍌 1 ripe banana


🥚 2 eggs


🌾 (Optional: a spoon of oats or flour for texture)



Mash the banana, whisk in the eggs, add oats or flour if you like, and cook them up like pancakes. 


Top with what feels good—honey, nut butter, cinnamon, berries. Or nothing at all.
 

Soft food. Soft morning. And yes, this totally counts as a win.
