Yummy Triple Berry Smoothie

Some mornings call for quiet, calm, and something cool. This Triple Berry Smoothie is a simple, cozy go-to when you want something refreshing without a lot of effort. Perfect for lazy mornings or mid-afternoon recharges.


You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup blackberries

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 tbsp honey (totally optional, but a nice touch if you like it sweet!)



To Make:

Toss everything into a blender and blend until smooth. That’s it. Sip, chill, and enjoy that little moment of peace.
